Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Shree Jagdish Logistic (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all transportation, warehousing, and logistics services provided by the Company.
2. Services Provided
The Company offers surface transportation, full truckload (FTL), part truckload (PTL), last mile delivery, industrial and project cargo, warehousing and distribution, ICD transport services, and supply chain solutions. The specific scope of services shall be as agreed upon in writing between the parties.
3. Booking and Orders
- All bookings must be made in writing or via official communication channels.
- The Client must provide accurate information regarding the nature, weight, and dimensions of cargo.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse shipments that violate applicable laws or safety regulations.
- Any special handling requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Freight Charges and Payment
- Freight charges are as per the agreed rate card or quotation.
- Payment is due within the agreed credit period from the date of invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest charges as per applicable rates.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, detention, re-delivery, or special handling.
5. Liability and Claims
The Company’s liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the declared value of the goods or the actual market value, whichever is lower. Claims for loss or damage must be lodged in writing within 7 days of delivery. The Company shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
6. Prohibited Goods
The Client shall not tender for shipment any goods that are prohibited by law, hazardous without proper declaration, perishable without prior arrangement, or that violate applicable regulations. The Company reserves the right to inspect shipments and refuse or dispose of prohibited items.
7. Insurance
The Client is responsible for obtaining adequate cargo insurance. The Company may arrange insurance on behalf of the Client upon written request at additional cost. The Company does not provide insurance coverage as part of its standard services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
